All Photos and significant works of an artistic nature will be attributed based on the credit given from the source (owner). All insignificant works will be credited on the “Bibiliographies” on the website.
All written works will be attributed to author on the page of appearance. The works cited in each written work will appear on the Bibliographies page.
Major Design, Typographical, and Logographic Themes are Copyrighted by Jake Paikai and Jake Paikai Designs, 2004. Use of graphics specifically designed for the Duwamish Tribe by Mr. Paikai on any other non-Duwamish affiliated project or website is expressly prohibited.
All other elements, including writing, graphics not designed by Mr. Paikai, et cetera are the intellectual property of the owner/creator, thus the use of any works featured on duwamishtribe.org on any other website without permission is in direct violation of copyright law.
