Duwamish Tribal Services has contracted with Byron Barnes, of Potlatch Architects, to provide architectural services for the proposed facility.
With the architect's guidance, tribal members decided the facility should reflect historic Duwamish cultural and aesthetic traditions.
Original art and some designs feature the work of Potlatch Architects Partner Art Petersen.
